Once we've received your items and the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused item(s) that were purchased at regular price. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the date they were purchased. Sale items, gift cards, food/candy and health/body items are not eligible for return. Shipping charges, Checkout+ and redeemed points are nonrefundable.
Items that show signs of wear, have a perfume or smoke smell, traces of animal hair or are marked by makeup are not valid for return, refund, store credit or exchange. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and be unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for a return shipping package.
CHECKOUT+
When you check out, you will have the opportunity to unlock free returns/exchanges by paying a minimal fee. If you choose to pay this fee there will be no additional charge for shipping any eligible items back to us, should you need to make a return or an exchange. This fee also includes package protection which will provide a refund or replacement if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose not to pay this small fee, you can still make a return or an exchange, but you will be responsible for any fees established by our store’s return portal.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to info@salt-honey.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. We will do our best to make this right!
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return. Please do not ship them back to us, as no refund can be given and an $11 handling fee may apply.
