How do I join Salt and Honey Rewards?
If you have an account, you're automatically enrolled. Click the rewards button above to sign in to your account. Answer
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.Answer
Where can I see my reward balance?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the rewards page, when you are logged in.
How do I redeem points?
Select the "Rewards" button above to sign into your account and redeem your points.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
You can earn as many points as your heart desires!
Can I redeem more than one reward at at a time?
You can only use one reward and or discount code at checkout at a time.
What happens if I make a return?
Unfortunately, points can not be refunded on returned items returned that were paid for by points.
Will my points expire?
Points expire 6 months after they're earned. To keep your points active, just make a purchase with us! After 6 months of no activity, unused points will begin to expire on a rolling basis. We'd love to see you back before then!
