- For orders under $85, we offer calculated shipping based on the weight of your package so you’re always getting the best shipping prices possible.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. But if you can’t wait, choose one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Once payment has been confirmed, most orders ship the next business day. However, if you need your package even faster, please call or message us and we will do all we can to get your items to your door as quickly as possible!
- If your address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Any items refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the value of the items.

Missing or Damaged Packages: While we sincerely hope that this does not happen to you, the occasional package - to our dismay! - goes missing or is damaged during transit. If you choose the Checkout+ option and pay the small fee you will be covered for these mishaps and will be issued a refund or replacement. If you choose not to purchase the checkout plus protection, you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Once an order is is handed over to our shipping partner, Salt and Honey cannot assume responsibility for any packages lost or stolen.
