Host a Friend-Shop event. It's fun and its FREE!

To host a Friend-Shop event, choose a Thursday that will work for you and at least four friends.  After you have completed checkout, call us at (330) 485-4349 to let us know the number of friends joining you and what time your party will arrive. Events are available on Thursday evenings starting anytime from 4:30 to 6:30!*

Bring your friends and browse our selection of modest apparel! Everyone will get 10% off their total purchase and a complimentary candle with purchases over $75. As the hostess, your discount will be based on the total amount of sales from the shopping session. The items your friends purchase during the Friend-Shop increase the rewards you will earn as the party hostess! 🤍

HOSTESS REWARDS: 

  •  Session Sales up to $200 earn: 10% off total purchase
  •  Session Sales $200 -$499 earn: 15% off total purchase
  •  Session Sales $500-$999 earn: 20% off total purchase 
  •  Session Sales $1,000+ earn: 25% off total purchase

*Session Sales will be the total amount spent after discounts and before the host checks out. 

We will have light refreshments available for you and your friends.  Your party is welcome to come and go during your designated shop time although we suggest the hostess wait until everyone in her party has checked out to purchase her desired items as we won't be able to adjust discounts after check out. 

You must bring a minimum of four friends to host a shopping session! If you need to cancel, please give a 48 hour notice. If there are changes to the number of friends in your party and you do not meet the minimum amount the discounts and host rewards will not apply. You are welcome to reschedule the Friend-Shop for a future date! 

*(Occasionally, a specific Thursday may not be available but other days may be available.  If you have something else in mind, it never hurts to ask!)

Measuring Guide

Our sizing is always approximate and can vary due to personal preference and style. For the best experience – and to make life easier for everyone! – please carefully measure yourself before placing your order and allow 1" variance due to product manufacturing. If you have any questions, call or message us. We try on these clothes, listen to feedback from customers and are happy to help!.

How to Measure

Waist:

How we measure - With garment laying flat, measure straight across on belt line from one side to the other. Double the result.

How you measure - Wrap a measuring tape around your natural waist at your beltline, keeping the tape snug but comfortable. Record that measurement to find your waist size.

Hips:

How we measure - With garment laying flat, at a point 8 in down from the waistband, measure straight across the garment from one side to the other. Double the result.

How you measure - Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, typically about 8 inches below your natural waist, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Record that measurement to find your hip size.

Skirt Length:

How we measure - With garment laying flat, measure from the top of the waistline to the bottom hem.

How you measure - Stand straight and use a flexible measuring tape from where the skirt will sit on your waist or hips, measuring straight down to your desired hem point.

Bust:

How we measure - With garment laying flat, measure straight across from armpit to armpit. Double the result.

How you measure - Place one end of the tape measure at your armpit, stretch across the fullest part of your bust to the armpit opposite to get measurement. Double the result.

Dress or Top Length:

How we measure - With garment laying flat, measure from the highest point of the collar to the bottom hem.

How you measure - Stand straight and use a flexible measuring tape from your shoulder, measuring straight down to your desired hem — whether that's the hip, knee, midi, or floor length. 

Shipping

You can’t wait to get your package - and we’re excited too!

  • Limited time, orders over $85 ship for FREE!  That’s right, shipping is on us when you do a large order!
  • For orders under $85, we offer calculated shipping based on the weight of your package so you’re always getting the best shipping prices possible.
  • Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. But if you can’t wait, choose one of our expedited shipping options at checkout. 
  • Once payment has been confirmed, most orders ship the next business day. However, if you need your package even faster, please call or message us and we will do all we can to get your items to your door as quickly as possible!
  • If your address was entered incorrectly and the package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.  Any items refused at time of delivery forfeit their shipping charges and will only be refunded the value of the items.
  • Missing or Damaged Packages: While we sincerely hope that this does not happen to you, the occasional package - to our dismay! - goes missing or is damaged during transit. If you choose the Checkout+ option and pay the small fee you will be covered for these mishaps and will be issued a refund or replacement.  If you choose not to purchase the checkout plus protection, you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.  Once an order is is handed over to our shipping partner, Salt and Honey cannot assume responsibility for any packages lost or stolen.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love everything in your purchase - but if you're unhappy about something, we'd love to help! Let's figure this out together!

Once we've received your items and the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. 

RETURN POLICY 

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused item(s) that were purchased at regular price. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the date they were purchased. Sale items, gift cards, food/candy and health/body items are not eligible for return. Shipping charges, Checkout+ and redeemed points are nonrefundable. 

Items that show signs of wear, have a perfume or smoke smell, traces of animal hair or are marked by makeup are not valid for return, refund, store credit or exchange. Shoes must have the original shoebox intact and be unaltered. The shoebox cannot be used for a return shipping package.

CHECKOUT+ 

When you check out, you will have the opportunity to unlock free returns/exchanges by paying a minimal fee. If you choose to pay this fee there will be no additional charge for shipping any eligible items back to us, should you need to make a return or an exchange. This fee also includes package protection which will provide a refund or replacement if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose not to pay this small fee, you can still make a return or an exchange, but you will be responsible for any fees established by our store’s return portal. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to info@salt-honey.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. We will do our best to make this right!

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return. Please do not ship them back to us, as no refund can be given and an $11 handling fee may apply.
